Initial consultations generally take about 1-3 hours and result in a detailed and prioritized list of recommendations. This “room by room” comprehensive list of tasks, including property exterior, will specifically outline what is required to effectively prepare your home for sale.

2. Implement Recommendations
With expert recommendations in hand, you can choose to implement some or all of the recommended enhancements yourself, or we can provide a free estimate to complete all or part of the project.

3. Showcasing
This is where we set the stage to make that first impression a lasting impression, creating an attractive appeal throughout the home. Required furniture and décor accessory rentals are available upon request.
